With its dedicated management team and preferred capital partners, BMC intends to acquire at least 50 hotel properties by 2025.
In the US, the demand for naturally affordable housing increases as the cost of living rises and workforce wages remain stagnant. Being able to provide these accommodations in markets, at the right cost basis, with attractive population and job growth dynamics will always serve as an attractive premise for investment. BMC would like to acquire workforce multifamily housing at appropriate price levels and repurpose other types of assets in markets where pricing for existing assets has exceeded intrinsic value.
As E Commerce’s share of omnichannel distribution mixes, the need for space to accommodate demand for last mile delivery grows exponentially. BMC would like to partner with sponsors with the most compelling, sustainable, scalable strategies which benefit from this secular trend. BMC has specific interest in how this trend applies to the distribution of food and beverage as concepts such as ghost kitchens, cold storage and vertical/urban farming evolve their investable operating models.

While BMC will not undertake mixed use developments as a lead sponsor, it can play a role in maximizing the value of components matching its circle of competency (Storage, Hospitality, Housing, Logistics).
